The Hernandez family loaded up and headed to Apache Junction to check out the festival and to visit with Uncle Eric & Aunt Tamiko who spend their weekend working there.
It was sprinkling when we left the house, but decided to head out anyway...

then.. the rain picked up and it started to HAIL!
We got out of there as fast as we could.
Everyone was wet, muddy and cold but in good spirits.
We did have some fun.. and plan on returning to the festival another DRIER weekend.
