The Kids Are Alright

Life is back to normal around the Hernandez house. School is in full swing and our kids seem to be doing alright!

I'll start with the oldest.
Jesse was running on the Cross Country team at school.
Ceasar took him to his first and last meet.
Here he is towards the middle of the race. Already walking. Poor kid. ;-)

And here he is at the end.
All that running/walking took it's toll on the boy.
Needless to say, he hasn't been out to a meet since.


Now to Izzy. She is lovin' Preschool.
Last week she got to take home the much coveted "Sound Sack".
The kids are given this red bag and a letter sound. They must collect items from their house that start with the same letter sound.
She was super excited!

Her sound was Pp. I think she did pretty good.
